Guarantee and Refund Policy

4Ccotton.com guarantees customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have bought please return them to us within 60 days of receipt. Your refund will be immediately process once we received the returned goods. These solutions will be handled on a cases by case basis. Buyer accepts responsibility for shipping charges on returns and money transfer fees for refunds.  Any credit or refund will be for only the price paid, minus shipping/handing and insurance.

Shipping Policy

We ship directly from Thailand to your door.

Order will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation. We ship on Monday-Friday. In case there is a delay in dispatching your order you will be contacted with an explanation and be given the option to wait for your order or have your payment refunded.

The standard shipping method is registered international airmail which normally takes 2-3 weeks for delivery, sometimes shorter or longer depending on airmail and customs delays. Airmail has no guaranteed delivery time, expedited courier options including insurance and online tracking are available at a more expensive shipping cost, please contact us for more information.

ITALY, FRANCE, SPAIN and Other slow mailing services, please note that it may take up to 4-6 weeks.
